A quantum field enthusiast with a Buddhist background, her journey began in 2012 during her first visit to Thailand. After several noble silence retreats at Suan Mokkh International Dharma Hermitage, she delved deeply into non-duality and energy work.

She became a Reiki practitioner in 2014 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Advait Yoga Retreat in 2015, where she later taught meditation and yoga during teacher trainings and retreats. Over time, her focus shifted toward sorely energy-based modalities such as Healing Touch, Chakra Balancing, Aura Reading, Chanelling, EFT, Bioenergy, Tuning Forks, and frequency work.

A life-changing Family Constellation session introduced her to the world of crystals. She received a scholarship from the Healing Institute (Australia) and became a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner. Fascinated by the body’s response to light and vibration, she later trained with Shantika Sound Healing and Tom Llewellyn, earning her diploma as a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

She approaches her work as a trauma-informed therapist, blending spiritual and emotional awareness to support each person’s healing process. Rooted in a background in graphic design, she now honors her creativity by bringing it into her energy work, online courses, and PDF guides.

​

She is currently based at Health Oasis Resort in Koh Samui, Thailand, a fasting detox sanctuary, where she offers private Crystal Healing sessions as well as private and group Sound Healing journeys (Sound Baths) based on Quantum Healing.

Periodically, she also hold sessions in Greece.
