Quantum field enthusiast, non-duality believer, her journey began in the late 2012 when she first visited Thailand. After spending quite a time in meditation noble silence retreats in Suan Mokkh International Dharma Hermitage of Thailand, she started exploring the non-duality reality and experimenting with body energy.

She completed a 200 Yoga TTC in 2015 with Advait Yoga Retreat in Thailand and became a Reiki practitioner in 2014. Since then, she has offered several yoga classes and been a member of Advait Yoga retreats, mostly offering meditation classes during the Yoga teacher trainings. She has also offered yoga classes at Suan Mokkh Hermitage during several noble silence retreats, in Thailand. Being more attracted to energy manipulation and meditation she left the Private Yoga classes aside and explored several energy modalities like Healing Touch, Chakra Balancing, EFT, Reading & cleansing Aura, Harnessing Intuitive abilities, Tuning Forks, Bioenergy, Frequences and more.

Crystals came later in her life after a life-changing Energy Family Systemic Constellation she experienced. She started meditating regularly with crystals and decided she wanted to study along with them. She got a scholarship from Evolve Healing Institute of Australia, of Kate Mantello and became a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner. Being thrilled by the way the body captures Light, Frequences, and Vibration she decided to also study Sound Healing with Shantika Sound Healing and later on with Tom Llewellyn and got her diploma as a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

She considers herself a Trauma-informed therapist with a Buddhist background taking into consideration everyone’s emotional and physical state during a session, as well as past experiences and concerns that may still affect the participant and his/ her personal development.

Her belief is that there is a way of connecting the Spiritual with the Emotional (Physical) realm(s) and everyone is capable of reaching their full potential, living a fulfilling life free of suffering and trauma.

Her 20-year Graphic design background has been gradually transcending into Energy design, celebrating harmony & beauty across the tangible to the intangible.

She now works as a Crystal and Sound healing practitioner at Health Oasis Resort in Koh Samui, Thailand, and offers private sessions in several studios, when visiting Greece.
